Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to orders placed on the FINGR'Z website. By confirming an order, you accept them.
Products
Hoodies are made to order. The images on the site are as accurate as possible; slight colour differences may occur depending on your screen.
Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (DH). The total shown in your cart, offers included, is the amount you pay. Delivery is free.
Order and confirmation
After you order, we contact you, mainly on WhatsApp, to confirm it before shipping. If we don't hear back from you within 24 hours, the order may be put on hold or cancelled.
Payment
Collection orders are paid on delivery, when you receive the parcel. Custom hoodies are paid by bank transfer before production starts.
Preparation and delivery
A confirmed order is prepared in 1 to 2 days, then handed to the delivery company. Please stay reachable on the number you provided.
Exchanges
Every FINGR'Z hoodie is made to order, specifically for you. For that reason, we do not offer returns with a refund. Exchanges, however, are possible in the following cases:
- The size doesn't fit.
- The item you received doesn't match your order.
- The item has a defect when you receive it.
Exchange conditions
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
- The request must be made promptly after you receive the parcel.
- Custom hoodies, made at your request, cannot be exchanged unless defective.
Requesting an exchange
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number (it starts with FZ-) and a photo of the item. We'll explain the next steps and arrange the exchange with you.
