This page explains in plain terms what information we collect when you use the FINGR'Z website, and why.

The data we collect

When you place an order, we only ask for:

• your full name;
• your phone number;
• your city and delivery address.

We do not ask for an email address, an account, or any payment details.

What we use it for

• Contacting you to confirm your order, mainly on WhatsApp.
• Preparing and delivering your order.
• Handling a possible exchange and keeping track of our orders.

Who we share it with

Your delivery details are passed to the delivery company, only so your parcel can reach you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Audience measurement

With your consent, we use audience measurement tools to understand how the site is used (page views, items added to cart). Your name, phone number and address are never sent to these tools. You can decline this measurement: the site works exactly the same.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use, in accordance with Moroccan legislation on personal data protection (Law No. 09-08). To do so, contact us using the details at the bottom of the page.

Retention and security

Your data is kept for as long as needed to process and follow up on your orders. Access to it is limited and protected.
